Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). The Electronic Systems Center (ESC) seeks to upgrade the existing Tactical Secure Data Communications (TASDAC) equipment. The TASDAC system is a set of equipment to provide a data network infrastructure for deployed users of tactical computer systems. This action was previously announced in a Sources Sought published on 22 January 1997, Issue No. PSA-1766. It is the intention of the Government to award a sole source contract to Triumph Technologies, 3 New England Executive Park, Burlington, MA 01803. The authority for negotiation is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The Government intends to award a contract by 30 April 1997. If a firm believes it is capable of fully meeting the Government's requirements, they may identify their interest and capability to meet the criteria contained in the original synopsis within 15 calendar days of this publication to ESC/TGK, Attn: Lt.
