Goff, (703) 602-7817, Ext. 523 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) contract for AN/SPA-25G Radar Displays. This will be a limited competition between Sechan Electronics, Inc., 522 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543 and Cardion, Inc., 100 Sunnyside Blvd., Woodbury, NY 11797-2925. This contract will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirement.
