Haley VA Hospital intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Aesculap of San Francisco, California for a Dental Instrument Sterilization container package. No solicitation package will be issued. Offerors who request a copy of the solicitation and/or simply provide a statement that they can provide the required items will not be considered. Responsible sources may respond by submitting information identifing their capability to supply such a system with adequate technical information for the Government's evaluation. This information shall only be considered if clear and convincing evidence is provided that the offeror can meet the requirements of the Government. This information shall include technical and pricing data.
