The Office of Strategic Planning and Evaluation (OSPE), Office of f the Director, National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking contractors to undertake studies, analyses, reviews, assessments, evaluations, and surveys for the NIH. The nature of the projects will range widely. The Contractor shall have experience and education in at least two (2) of the following areas: in assessing program impact, database development, evaluation methodology development, development of performance measures, develop ment of performance measures, design and conduct of surveys, evaluation of software systems, technical writing and copy editing, cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness evaluations, evaluation of research or centers programs, and evaluation of information dissemination activities. It is anticipated that up to six (6) indefinite quantity contracts will be awarded, with work being awarded by task order. Of those six awards, up to two (2) awards will be made to 8(a) firms.
