Interested sources are sought to provide services, program and professional staff to manage and administer the Navy Family Service Center (NFSC) programs at three installation in the San Diego commuting region (Naval Station San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, and Submarine Base San Diego). Anticipated award is 4/98 for a base and four option years. This solicitation is part of a cost comparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical. Government employees shall have the right of first refusal for employment. If Government performance is determined to be more economical, this solicitation will be canceled and no contract will be awarded. The RFP will be available approximately 01 April 1997.
