HUD intends to award on or more indefinite quantity fixed price contract to provide real property appraisal reports on HUD owned single family residential properties located in the State of Connecticut. The required appraisals are to establish the fair market value of HUD single family properties and must be done with FHA normal appraisal techniques. The term of the contract is for a one year period with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this procurement is 7389. This is a 100% total small business set-aside. The RFP will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice and proposals will be due on or about 04/25/97.
