The Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDTE Division intends to award a competitive contract for cellular phone service to include monthly access fee or service charges per phone. Peak/Off Peak Airtime fee per minute should be included. Roamer charges within California and outside of California is required, also. Long distance carrier should be provided by the cellular service company with charges being included in the monthly bill. Variable charges included on a per minute bases with long distance peak and off peak airtime. Approximately 421 phones to be covered with approximately 60 additions per year. Retention of all current numbers in use is requested. It is anticipated that the contract shall last one year with two one year options.
