The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on a Small-Business Set-aside basis, packing and crating services for the personal property of U. S. military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound, and intra-city in the following two areas: Area I -- Counties of Philadelphia and Chester in PA and Camden County NJ, Area II -- Bucks, Northampton, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties in PA. A liaison office is required to be located within a reasonable distance from the Philadelphia Naval Inventory Control Point. The contract is for a six month base period (01 June 1997 through 31 December 1997) plus three twelve month options.
