Upon completion of new construction, demolish 140 existing housing units, on separate site, including necessary measures for asbestos and lead based paint, etc. Upon completion, CADD as-builts are required in Intergraph Microstation 5.0. Estimated Value: $10,000,000 -$25,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available in paper hard copy with plans on CD-ROM. Printed Specs w/plans on CD -- $50.00; Asbestos/lead-based paint survey -- $50.00 (limited to Prime Contractors). Plan sheets on CD only, Specs and survey on paper copy only. If a Large Business is selected for this announcement, it must comply with FAR 52.219-9 clause requirement for a subcontracting plan.
