Project involves furnishing and installing all pipe, pipe fittings, hangers, insulation, cleanouts and connections to plumbing fixtures and equipment for complete water, soil, waste, and vent piping systems. Work under this contract DOES NOT include furnishing or installing fixtures, including water closets, urinals, lavatories, janitor sinks, water heaters, boilers, hot water heat, HVAC, building water service, fixture valves, lavatory traps, or storm sewer. This building is being constructed by the vocational trade students from the Blackwell Job Corps; the rough-in plumbing contractor will be required to coordinate their work activities with those trades during the progression of work, and examine all plans and specifications for conformity with the Wisconsin Plumbing Code. Contract time is 480 calendar days. Price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The project is located at the Blackwell Job Corps Center, 6 miles east of Laona, Wisconsin, on County Road H.
