Work is to include the air handler and it's duct system, all system controls and area VAV terminal units. This system serves an administration area of approximately 20,000 square feet. The work shall be performed by a mechanical contractor who has extensive experience in HVAC work. The performance period is 280 days. The contractor shall be required to perform some work on premium time to minimize disruption to the Government. The range of this project is $250,000-$500,000. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation documents and specifications are available from NIMA at no charge.
