The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) Code for this project is 1761 -- Roofing Siding and Sheet Metal Work. The size standard is $7.0. The work includes removal of asbestos containing materials over the entire roof area, and removal of all existing EPMDM and built-up roofing materials including insulation, to exposed structure, as indicated on the drawings; removal of all BUR and EPDM roofing material covering pitched and non-pitched (flat) roof areas shown on the drawings, and the application of new insulation and EPDM membrane over all roof surfaces and all incidental and related work.
