Kraft, (701)723-3970 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and operations necessary to accomplish Project QJVF 97-6010, Repair/Rebuild the sewage lagoons at five Missile Alert Facilities (K-01,L-01,M-01,N-01,O-01) but is not necessarily limited to the following: Obtain all necessary permits, transporter licenses and shipping manifests to accommodate contractor's work; Remove and /or tear down and rebuild dikes around the primary and secondary lagoon cells; Remove existing and install new lagoon liners on both cells; Install riprap on dikes to maintain walls; Remove and replace overfill pipe between primary and secondary cells; Remove and replace surrounding fence, gates and signs; Repair site drainage. Work is 100% General. Work is in a secured area and will require government escort. Project is estimated between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preferenceprogram as contaiined in DFARS 2319.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award. Period of performance is 120 calendar days. Project documents will be available O/A 01 Apr 1997.
