Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) The project consists of total renovation of approximately 4,100 SF inside Bldg. 54 to construct a Command Post including option to renovate approximately 13,300 SF of additional space, construction of an approximately 3,400 SF addition to Bldg. 128 (Survival Equipment Warehouse), construction of an approximately 4,000 SF addition to bldg. 65 (Services), and renovation of shop space in Hangar 4 (Life Support and Wheel and Tire). Asbestos removal and lead base paint removal will be required. This Solicitation Includes Bid Options which may not be awarded. Critical path method (Network Analysis System) is required. Bid documents are available on or about 25 March 1997. Estimated cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
