approximately 5,000-10,000 guests. Ceremony/program will last
approximately one hour, week-day 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Unit should
include console with processing, speaker enclosures, power, monitors,
cables, snakes, power distribution, mic stands, audio/video mults,
hardware, scaffolds, etc. Lighting equipment should include console,
dimmers, genie lifts, masking and truss, control cable, power
distribution, etc., appropriate lighting equipment to eliminate shadows
and to insure even distribution of all lighting to stage. Appropriate
number of whisper twin-pack generators to power all equipment.
Generators should include disconnect with feeder cable to stage area,
delay zones and dimmers. Labor for installation on-site production and
dismantling should be included in quote. Interested contractors must
submit quote for all items listed. Installation of items will begin
April 28 and conclude April 30 (security of equipment is responsibility
of contractor);dismantling will begin on the afternoon of May 2nd.
