Production, installation and dismantling of band riser, approximately 32'x12'x6". Other miscallaneous items that will be required: 3,000 outdoor folding chairs, delivered, set up and removed at conclusion of ceremony; approximately 2,500' of rope and stanchion; Signage -> professionally designed directional signs; approximately 50 six-foot tables, skirted. Scale layout of site will need to be produced indicating placement of all items listed above. Interested contractors must submit quotes for all items listed. Installation of items will begin April 28 and conclude April 30 (security of equipment is responsibility of contractor); dismantling will begin on the afternoon of May 2nd.
