ceremonial stage that can accommodate approximately 50 dais guests.
Stage should have hard wall design, two step units, safety rails.
Canopy for dais stage may be required if inclement weather is
indicated. Production, installation and dismantling of press and camera
platforms: press stage size -> approximately 40'x4'x7' and 40'x4'x5'
high (two tiered), one step unit, safety rails; one 5'x6'x5' high
scaffold tower with siderail; one technical platform, approximately
8'x8'x6'6". Production, installation and dismantling of band riser,
approximately 32'x12'x6". Other miscallaneous items that will be
required: 3,000 outdoor folding chairs, delivered, set up and removed
at conclusion of ceremony; approximately 2,500' of rope and stanchion;
Signage -> professionally designed directional signs; approximately
50 six-foot tables, skirted. Scale layout of site will need to be
produced indicating placement of all items listed above. Interested
contractors must submit quotes for all items listed. Installation of
items will begin April 28 and conclude April 30 (security of equipment
is responsibility of contractor); dismantling will begin on the
