REQUEST FOR INFORMATION -- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program Assessment: Seeking information from experienced providers regarding conduct of an independent assessment of an EEO Program from two major prospectives;(1) how managers plan, manage and execute their EEO responsibilities, and (2) how an agency headquarters EEO office plans, manages and executes it's responsibility for the agency head. Attributes such as quality and timeliness would be included. Review would include a number of assessment methods such as; compliance review, random case audits, program quality and effectiveness, staffing and credentials of EEO staff, training for managers and EEO staff, sensing sessions and/ or employee surveys to determine effectiveness in dealing with employee complaints/concerns, as well as findings and recommendations. Would like to know scope of experience in conducting similar assessments; methods and/ or approaches previously used/ recommended; name of customer(s) to include government/corporate name and address, as well as POC name, address and phone number; contract number(s); brief description of functional areas covered by services provided. It would also be helpful to get information describing "lessions learned" (i.e., how assessment could be done better).
