The Contractor is advised that there are no service utilities at the site available to the contractor. This site is in a remote location. This will be a firm fixed price lump sum type contract. Completion period is 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its, affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7 million.
