homeport is Philadelphia, PA. Place of performance is restricted the
protected waters of the cutter's assigned area of operation, no open
water transits. Vessel availability schedule is 16 Jun 97 for 35 days.
Vessel is a 65 Foot 5 Inch "D" Class Harbor Tug. Breadth (Extreme) is
19 Feet 3/8 Inch. All referenced documents are available for viewing
at 300 East Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA. A charge of $100.00 is
required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable
to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All businesses, large
and small, are encouraged to submit bids for the subject requirements.
Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 25 MAR 97. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
