Contractor will provide mortgage technical support services for the HUD Los Angeles office for selected multifamily mortgage insurance and capital advance program applications as necessary to supply timely mortgage insurance and captial advance processing. The Contractor must provide the services on-site at the HUD office unless otherwise authorized by the Government Technical Representative. The Contractor must have "hands on" experience as a multifamily mortgage credit examiner, and cannot substitute education. The Contractor must be able to perform cost certifications and be able to review bond financing in conjunction with grants and short term financing. The Contractor must have a minimum of 3 years actual mortgage insurance review experience related to multifamily projects as they relate to the various sections of the Act administered by HUD.
