(Site Code DAHA36) Modification: The synopsis for this solicitation was originally published in the Commerce Business Daily on 4 March 1997. This synopsis is modified as follows: (1) The work shall consist of, but not limited to all plant, labor, tools, devices, materials, supervision, and transportation to complete the erection of a Government-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (GFCI), Star Building Systems, 90' X 135' preengineered metal building shell. (2) The successful contractor shall be a certified Star Building Systems erector, thereby able to provide the PAARNG with a standardized warranty for the GFCI metal building. (3) The tentative finish date for the excavation and concrete portion is early to mid June of 1997. (4) The performance period is estimated at thirty (30) calendar days for the erection of the metal building shell and all related work. (5) The projected date for availability of the solicitation will be 20 March 1997 with a projected Bid Opening Date of 21 April 1997. The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price type. (6) The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 1542. The small business size standard is 17 million -- annual average gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. (7) All other information that was published in the original synopsis shall remain the same.
