Z -- 1 EAST TB VENTILATION SOL 568-9-97 DUE 051397 POC Joann Walker, 605-745-2070 Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Project 579-96-201, 1 East TB Ventilation at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, South Dakota. Work will correct problems associated with the existing TB exhaust system on Ward 1 East of Building 12. Project will allow rooms to achieve either negative or positive pressure and will provide adequate air changes to meet CDC requirements. Project will also address heating and cooling problems on Ward 1 East. Actual construction is pending completion of Renovate 2 South which is estimated to be finalized by November 15, 1997. Estimated construction range in between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. A $25.00 refundable deposit is required in the form of either a money order, cashier's check, certified check or cash. Issue date will be approximately April 4, 1997.
