Major items of work include; Basic Bid Item B-1, Installation of rip-slope protection, backfilling behind bulkhead, timber deck repair, crack and spall repair on the main pier and replacement of damaged fender piles. Additional Unit Work Item 2: Replacement of the floating pier including gangway, guide piles and utilities. Performance period is 240 DANTP. Estimated range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
