Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to design and construct one each of all stainless steel sewage pumper unit. Constructed of stainless steel using ASTM 167-84, type 316L stainless steel, no carbon steel to be used. This unit to be mounted on 1985 Ford cab over F-800 truck cab chassis. Truck chassis specifications are wheel base 135 inches, cab axle 113 inches, frame width 34 inches, frame length from back of cab 146 inches (only 134 inches can be used for tank) and top of frame to top of cab 56 inches. Pressure/vacuum tank shall have one round tank divided into two separate compartments, front part at least 300 gallons for fresh water. The diameter of tank shall be 54 inches and overall length including mount shall be 134 inches. This unit to be used for vacuuming and pumping sewage waste. Pickup and delivery of truck shall not be under its own power and will be the Contractor responsibility. Inspection will be done at contractor facility. Delivery date will not be required until mid or late October. This solicitation is set aside for 100% small business.
