A non-competitive procurement is proposed with Motorola, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, because this procurement is confined to the contractor's part number referred to and must be physically and functionally interchangeable at the repair parts level with the item the current source supplies for this NSN. Detailed technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
