The National Institutes of Health, (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to purchase a Triple-Resonance, Magic-Angle-Spinning, Variable-Temperature NMR Probe, on a competitive basis. The Probe is required for National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases solid state nuclear magnetic resonance studies of peptide and protein conformations. This probe will be used with the existing Bruker Instruments 750 MHz DMX NMR spectrometer. Low temperature capabilities are critical to the success of our experiments on frozen solutions of peptides and proteins. This scientific equipment has specific specifications that must be met and are described in the RFQ package.
