McDaniel, (505)846-8799 The Defense Safety Weapon Agency Acquisitions Office (DSWA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Audio Video Recorders (AVR), for the acquisition of a Presentation System. The contractor shall supply a multi-sync, three lens, CRT video projector, Touch Control Panel, Super VHS Video Player, Visual presentation camera stand systems, Scan Converter, Vertical equipment rack, Wireless microphones (quantity 2), Graphic Equalizer, Mixed power amplifier, Video cameras (quantity 2), and Podium. The contractor will install, integrate, and provide training of all the hardware within two (2) weeks of award of a purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; However, all responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Responses must be received within 15 days from the date of this publication.
