The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate a series of firm-fixed priced modifications to contract M67854-94-C-2014 with FATS Inc. of Suwanee, GA to procure additional Marine Corps weapons simulators, system components, videos and manuals, and additional Army National Guard (ARNG) Engagement Skills Trainers (EST), weapons simulators, system components, system software, manuals and videos. Specifically, the purchase(s) will include complete ARNG EST systems, weapon simulators (M16A2 rifles, M9 pistols, M60, M240G and M2 machine guns, MK19 grenade launchers, M203 Grenade Launchers, AT4s and M249 SAWs), system components (extended cable sets, weapon extension trunk lines, MILES shoot-back devices, night vision adapters, and keypad consoles) and system software (4-lane laser disc training packages with software, MK19 laser disc training packages with software, Forward Observer Trainer packages with software, and judgmental use of force laser discs and software). The modification shall include operation and maintenance manuals which cover both systems and individual components and new equipment training for instructor operators.
