(717) 878-4790. This project is for the provision of contractor
LAN/WAN transmission equipment, fiber optic equipment, fiber optics
cables, building cables, sub-level multiplex equipment, modems and
other related automation support equipment and services to engineer,
furnish, install, operate and maintain Secure Local Area Network/Wide
Area Network (LAN/WAN) supplies and services systems computers,
automation, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and
Intelligence (C4I), equipment/systems and other information management
systems/networks and projects within CONUS and OCONUS. Contractor
shall support customers by operation and maintenance, with some
engineering, furnishing and installing of highly reliable, easy-to-use,
LAN/WAN equipment/systems. The equipment/systems the contractor shall
support will include unclassified, classified and sensitive
compartmented information (SCI) data, imagery audio and video. The
solicitation package is unclassified; however, contractors must have a
TOP SECRET facility clearance and all contractor employees must be
United States Citizens and the Program Manager, Task Leader, Senior
Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, Engineer, Senior Computer Systems
Analyst, Computer Systems Analysts III and II, Engineering Technicians
Vl, V, and IV; Electronics Technicians III and II; Maintenance
Electronics Technicians III and II and Trainer must possess a personnel
clearance of TOP SECRET based on a Single Scope Background
Investigation completed within the last five years and be eligible for
continued access to sensitive compartmented information (SCI) at time
of contract award. (Other contractor employees -- Draftsman and
Secretary must possess at least a SECRET clearance based on a Single
Scope Background Investigation completed within the last five years, at
time of contract award.) Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC)
for this acquisition is 3577, 1,000 employees. A firm-fixed-price,
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) supply and services
contract, base plus four option years, with a total (to include option
years) Not-To-Exceed price of $28.5 Million Dollars is contemplated.
