Specific tasking will include system design development, systems engineering and analysis, engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) program planning, and risk reduction testing. NGMS was a principal participant in the NTACMS feasibility study conducted in 1995 and is considered to be uniquely qualified to provide the required services within existing cost and schedule limitations.
