Hurd, Contracting Officer (301) 443-6677 The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations having in-house capability to perform: (a) analytical methods development and validation for pharmaceutical products; (b) preformulation testing and pharmaceutical formulations development including oral, sterile parenteral, and controlled/sustained release formulations; and (c) pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in concordance with federal regulations. Finished dosage forms shall be manufactured acco rding to cGMPS, and shall be used in human clinical trials conducted under the auspices of the NIDA Medications Development Division. Offerors must indicate possession of current DEA registration for Schedule II-V substances prior to award and have applied for Schedule I registration at the time of award. It is anticipated that one (1) cost reimbursement, completion type task order contract will be awarded for a period of four years. See Note 1.
