The National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, P.O. Box 25287, Denver, CO 80225 is seeking qualified firms, individuals, or groups to assist NPS staff with Computer Aided Design (CAD) drafting services. Requirements include the use of AutoCAD Version 13, Softdesk engineering application software, and the drawing and drafting standards of National Park Service, Denver Service Center. The Government may elect to award multiple Blanket Purchase Orders (BPO) for these services to two or more sources under this solicitation. The ceiling amount for each BPO will be $100,000.00 per year. The Government reserves the right to award BPOs based on the selection board's final selection list of the firms considered most highly qualified to perform the work. Each awardee shall be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for delivery orders to be issued under the BPOs. The Government will use such factors as past performance, quality of deliverables, or other factors that the Contracting Officer, in the exercise of sound business judgment, believes are relevant to the placement of orders. The selected contractors will be required to have digitizing capabilities for full-size drawing sheets. Anticipated work includes revising site plans with grading, utilities, and various surface features; utility profiles; and architectural, landscape architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, sections, and details. Drawings are expected to be produced with full digital intelligence, including three-dimensional modeling and coordinates. A Request for Quotations will be issued approximately 15 days after publication of this requirement.
