This procurement is unrestricted under SIC Code 7371 with a small business size standard of $18,000,000. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and serves as the announcement for the Government's intention to award sole source in order to maintain the service developed by Individual Inc. The award to another contractor would require duplication of time and resources. Any contractor who wishes to provide a quote would have to submit a Webpage clipping service outline, descriptions on customization options and timeframes for implementation. Description Non-personal Service: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for the continued service of FIRST! FOR THE WEB for the contract period from 1 April 1997 thru 30 September 1997, with a one year option. Service to include copyright clearance and content redistribution for all centers for the Health Care Education and Studies for up to 100 readers, customization of profile and unlimited stories. Service shall include filters for each user and produce output to a wide variety of platforms. Quantity is 1 Fee for the contract period.
