The NOAA National Environmental Satellite Data and Information Service has a requirement for the development of a solid state S-Band transmitter amplifier and S Band transmitter system to be retrofitted into the existing GOES/POES transmitter systems. Contractor shall design, fabricate, deliver, install and test one S-Band Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) in the existing Klystron High Power Amplifier. The equipment is to be delivered to the Command Data Acquisition Station in Wallops, VA. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
