The system is a secondary flight control actuation system designed to extend and retract the trailing edge flaps of the C-5 Military Cargo Aircraft. The RFP will be for a Firm-Fixed-Price and for a Fixed quantity. Destination is the San Antonio ALC/Kelly AFB TX. The USAF does not have complete Data to make this a competitive procurement. The USAF also does not have the specialized test equipment needed to repair these components. Contractor will furnish all plant facilities, labor and equipment necessary to perform essential repair, calibration and functional testing. Repairs shall be IAW manufacturer's specifications. Government Furnished Material/Government Furnished parts are not authorized. Standard Inspection applies. Delivery Schedule is 60 days after receipt of reparable assets.
