The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on a Small-Business Set-aside basis, packing and crating services for the personal property of U. S. military and civilian personnel. Contractor is to provide services both inbound, outbound, and intra-city in the following two areas: Area I -- Counties of Philadelphia and Chester in PA and Camden County NJ; Area II -- Bucks, Northampton, Lehigh, and Montgomery counties in PA. A liaison office is required to be located within a reasonable distance from the Philadelphia Naval Inventory Control Point. The contract is for a six month base period (01 June 1997 through 31 December 1997) plus three twelve month options. An Indefinite Delivery Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders issued under the contract.
