PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide ten sites in a base bid for installation of threat emitters, and seven additional sites broken up into four options including clearing and grubbing, earthwork, reinforced concrete tie down pads, security chain link fencing, underground conduit and disconnect unit for commercial power, meter pole, 18KW propane generator and fuel tank when no commercial power is available and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. -- The estimated cost is between $100,000 to $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted. -- The Standard Industrial Code is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17 million.
