Subcontractor shall reconstruct Rivers Edge Golf Course Hole #3 and range area located at the U.S. Army Price Support Center, Granite City, Illinois. Work shall include, but not be limited to, reconstruction of five (5) tee boxes, one (1) golf green, three (3) sand bunkers, installation of approximately 18 acres of irrigation system, planting turf and landscaping. The subcontractor shall commence work within ten (10) working days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Construction of the new green, shaping and irrigation system installation will be completed, to include site cleanup, within 30 calendar days after project commencement. The landscaping completion requirements will be coordinated contingent upon weather. Estimated cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. IFB will be available on or about April 1, 1997.
