Z -- MAINTENANCE SERVICES POC For copy, Nadine Birt/Pkosc/[801]775-2377, For additional information contact Nadine Birt/Pkosc/[801]775-2377 Hill AFB is conducting a Market Survey to evaluate the feasibility of contracting out computer maintenance at Hill AFB. The equipment consists of approximately 26,519 items of equipment. The contractor will be paid by the call (call is defined as a fixed price call plus parts, regardless of time spent in correcting a malfunction). Parts will be reimbursed at actual costs. Contractor will be required to provide remedial maintenance Monday thru Friday excluding weekends and official government holidays from 0600 -- 1800 hours. An emergency line item will also be establish to cover period outside the PPM. The contractor shall respond within 24 hours after the notification that the equipment is inoperable and in need of repair and repair shall not exceed 3 working days. All personnel working on this contract must have OEM maintenance courses or equivalent offered by another source. Contractor must have working knowledge of the software used by the government and the ability to load and perform functional checks of the system software as needed. If equipment cannot be repaired on site it shall be exchanged by the contractor. Equipment down longer than 72 hours due to unavailability of parts shall be exchanged at no additional cost to the government. All interested contractors must provide a cost per call and past history of similar or like work being performed with points of contracts and phone numbers.
