Technical Requirement: All parts must be new and Colt certified in writing. Offeror must provide earliest delivery time of parts and terms of payment. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-2 -- Evaluation, applies to this acquisition.
