Spanner Wrench for the H1 Helicopter- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure 36 Spanner Wrenches, Allied PN-3792268-1, in support of the H1 Helicopter. The proposed acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to enter into negotiations with Allied Signal Inc, Tempe, AZ under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
