Watts, (703) 602-0951 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure a total l of four (4) AN/UYS-2A(V) Enhanced Modular Signal Processors (EMSPs) and associated spares and precabling Kits from Lucent Technologies (formerly American Telephone & Telegraph Co.), P.O. Box 26124, Greensboro, NC 27420 in support of FMS Case SP-P-LFG. NAVSEA intends to issue a sole source modification to the current AN/UYS-2 multi-year production contract (N00024-92-C-5211) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
