The briefing will be held at the Naval Sea Systems Command, Room 3S11, on 26 March 1997 at 2:00 PM, E.S.T. Two representatives from each company may attend. Interested parties shall submit either by e-mail or in writing the names, titles, mailing and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of individuals planning to attend. This information shall be submitted no later than 21 March 1997. Attendees will not be permitted to tape, video, or otherwise record this briefing. During the briefing, the Government will entertain oral and written questions and attempt to answer those that it can during the briefing.
