65 -- DIRECT PATIENT MAILOUT OF PHARMACY MEDICAL SUPPLIES SOL RFP 541-151-97 DUE 042897 POC Danny Freeman, Contracting Officer It is the intention of the VAMC, Brecksville, OH, to establish a contract to provide direct mail out of pharmacy medical supplies to veteran beneficiaries, with four one (1) year options to extend the term of the contract. Supplies and service shall include acquisition, storage, packaging and mail out to patients the following Kendall products or equal; large and medium adult diapers (standard absorbency stk #'s 60004 and 60003), chuxs bed liner protector pads (stk #1093) and 8 X 10 non-sterile abdominal pads (ABD's stk #6198).
