The Air Force Library and Inforamtion System requires computer based training on CD-ROM for library customers' use to train on various educational career preparatory tests. The software must contain a testing module (with review option) along with a report card module that keeps track of test scores for multiple students. The software must contain an unlimited site license in the price, enable Air Force libraries to install this CD-ROM on their local area networks (via Novell 3.12, Novel 4.1X, and/or Windows NT 4).
