DITCO intends to negotiate with SPS Payment Systems, 2500 Lake Cook Road, Riverwoods, IL 60015, on a sole-source basis; however, the soliciation number is changed to DCA200-97-R-0068. The RFP will be issued on 20 March 1997 in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Responses are due on 27 March 1997.
