F -- REMOVAL & DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE SOL DACA87-97-R-0018 DUE 042597 POC Contract Specialist Bobbie Terry, (205)-895-1158, Contracting Officer Virginia Thompson, (205)-895-1121 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide (other than that provided by the Government) all labor, material, and supervision needed to remove and dispose of hazardous waste and debris, analyze and treat waste temporarily stored at the United States Chemical Agent Munitions Disposal System (USACAMDS), Tooele Army Depot, Utah. This procurement will have a base year and four option years for a total of five years. These options will be initiated at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. A negotiated indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract is expected to be awarded as the result of this solicitation. A technical proposal will be required from all offerors. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 19 April 1997. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained by written request without cost. Telephonic requests will not be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 4953. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years do not exceed an average of $6,000,000.00 is considered a small business.
