specifications. The project is located along the SR-410 Highway
corridor for 10 miles and includes several companion sites. Estimated
start date is May 5, 1997. Contract time is 200 days. Technical
specifications will be available on or about March 31, 1997 with bid
opening approximately 30 days after issuance of the specifications.
