Mounts, 703-602-0202 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on n multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-97-G-4059 with Allied Signal Aerospace, 111 South 34th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85010. Orders will be issued to test and inspect the TF40B Marine Gas Turbine Engine. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Allied Signal is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the TF40B and the only source that posseses the necessary technical data, expertise, equipment and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Navy's requirements.
