The Government will furnish repair parts via MILSTRIP requisitioning. There will be no other GFP provided. Condemnations will be replaced. Over-and-above is estimated at. 5 hours per unit and includes condemnations, QDR's and TDR's. The contractor will establish and maintain a CCN/G009 system. BEQ's for gearboxes as follows: Basic period: 673; 1st option: 256; 2nd option: 72. Repair levels include unscheduled repair/on-condition maintenance, schedule overhaul, and analytical condition inspection in accordance with the Appendix "A". Total BEQ for components is 396 ea for five years. Offerors must substantiate their capacity to meet a required delivery schedule in the form of varying monthly delivery rates for each item. Although the government anticipates awarding one requirements contract,we retain the option to award multiple ID/IQ contracts if no one contractor can meet the government's delivery Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 Repair requirements for USAF and various FMS countries. The approximate issue/response date will be 01 Apr 97.
